How Khloe Kardashian got her 'revenge body' by eating seven meals a day
This is the diet that Khloe Kardashian followed to achieve her 'revenge body'.
The reality TV star has made it no secret that she tirelessly works out in the gym to achieve her fitness and body goals, but sticking to a strict diet is also a huge part of her routine.
Khloe's nutritionist Dr Philip Goglia told Healthista about the meal plan he developed especially for her, which involves eating nutrient-dense meals seven times a day.
"When it comes to nutrition and weight loss, it’s 80pc in the kitchen and 20pc in the gym," explained Dr Goglia.
"We work with each client to determine their metabolic body type.
"Each requires a unique meal breakdown based on how that person’s body breaks down proteins, fats and carbs."
For breakfast, Khloe (32) eats a hearty shake made with whey protein powder, almond butter and fruit and ice, followed by a piece of fruit as a snack.
As for lunch, Khloe opts for a chicken and vegetable salad that's packed with iron in the form of "something like beetroot and spinach."
During the day, the youngest Kardashian sister snacks on one serving of vegetables such as celery or tomatoes with 12 almonds, and later eats vegetables with one healthy fat such as a fried egg.
Khloe eats "fatty fish," such as salmon and sea bass, with 8oz vegetables and salad for dinner. Dessert is usually a piece of fruit, but the Good American founder will indulge in cake if she feels like it.
"She has a pattern where she will do seven days on and then have one meal off," said Goglia.
"Her choice of cheat would vary a great deal – maybe she’ll have a slice of cake as dessert or a pizza or pasta dinner, basically whatever she has a craving for."
