Caroline Flack drops two dress sizes after online trolls motivate her to lose weight
Caroline Flack has dropped from a size 12 to a size 8, after she claims cruel comments from online trolls motivated her to lose weight.
Posing in a crop top and underwear in the June issue of Women's Health magazine, the former X Factor presenter said that it was online trolls that motivated her to hit the gym, as well as her own interest in getting fit.
Speaking of the body-shamers who targeted her, she says: “I ignored it for a very long time, knowing it was there, which was a weird feeling, like ignoring a bank statement on your table.
“And one time I looked. I’ll never forget what night it was because it felt really sh*t. I learned my lesson not to look.”
However, the transformation hasn’t only been physical for Caroline.
The June cover star told Women’s Health how working out has also impacted her mind and mood: “Actually the best thing about all of this is how I feel. I didn’t realise how much it would change my mindset.”
“Before if I’d had a stressful day I’d go to meet my friends in the pub and have a moan. Now I go to yoga. It really suits my head - I’m someone who talks fast, thinks fast, makes decisions fast.”
Caroline is clearly pleased with the results as she uploaded a photo of the magazine’s front cover to Instagram, writing: “Strong body = strong mind .. TRULY HONOURED that@ukwomenshealth chose me to be their June Cover girl x”.
