Bella Hadid is working out three hours a day ahead of her Victoria's Secret Fashion Show debut
Victoria's Secret's newest addition is seriously earning her wings.
Budding supermodel Bella Hadid (20) has had a year most models would kill for - international Vogue covers, coveted campaigns and countless runway appearances with the world's top designers. Now, she's topping off 2016 with an appearance in the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
And like all the Angels before her, she takes her role seriously.
Gigi Hadid's little sister opened up about "accidentally" losing too much weight in recent months, which resulted from a strict diet and hardcore training sessions, especially because of the scrutiny she faces wearing just her underwear in the show taking place in Paris this December.
"I have lost weight and gained weight," she told People.
"My weight fluctuates so much, I really didn’t mean to [lose weight]. Like I want boobs. I want my ass back. But it’s not my fault. My weight fluctuates and so does everybody’s and I think that if people are gonna judge, that’s the worst you can possibly do because everybody is different."

Hadid said she was criticised for her weight loss, but is now focusing on achieving her goal and that requires three hours of working out every day.
"But I think that if you just stick to something you can really achieve so much. I’ve been eating hard protein every day, and working out for three hours every day. It’s crazy but I think that you know if you set your mind to something I think you can succeed," she added.
She isn't the first model to open up about what exactly it takes to get VS Fashion Show ready - Adriana Lima famous revealed her intense diet and exercise regime before the 2011 show.
At the time, she wanted to shift 50 pounds of baby weight having given birth just two months before she was due to appear. How'd she do it?
She worked out twice a day, drank a gallon of water every day and for nine days before the show, she drank only protein shakes. For two days before the show, she decreased her intake to prevent water retention and from 12 hours before the show, she fasts entirely.
