A little-known beauty blogger has gone viral overnight with a half a millions views on her controversial beauty routine.

'Tracey Kiss' shared the secret and has earned herself thousands of new fans in the process.

She revealed that her personal "cooling, natural skin treatment" choice to "soothe sensitive skin" is a semen facial.

The 28-year-old lauded the technique as the key to healthy skin, full of vitality.

Kiss claims to carry out the skin care routine with fresh product every day. The product in question is delivered to her daily in a small pot by a male friend.

In her YouTube tutorial  the mother-of-two shows her new fans how to apply the "cooling and soothing" product to her skin and discusses the benefits she's seen since starting the regular routine. She describes the process as a "very natural and healthy thing to do", and claims it helps her deal with the skin condition 'rosacea', which causes skin redness .

"It's as natural ... as you could possibly get".

"It's a cold, cooling, refreshing feeling... It just sucks into the skin. It's absolutely beautiful".

She reports that she leaves the product on her skin for up to twenty minutes before washing it off, adding "I don't mind the smell".

Kiss, from Wendover in Buckinghamshire, posted the video three days ago and has attracted over 520,000 views already.

Kiss got the idea when discussing natural remedies with her beauty therapist.

"Semen builds babies, they come out very soft and have beautiful skin, and it leaves my skin nice and soft so I'm very happy".

Kiss' previously shared a video on her semen facials over a year ago. She has shared the behind the scenes of her breast surgery and her stretchmark removal procedures on her YouTube channel and blog.

Semen contains proteolytic enzymes, fructose, zinc, magnesium, calcium and potassium in small amounts - the latter four of which can also be found in coconut water.
