Repeat after me: "A Sunday well spent, brings a week of content!"
This is my main mantra every Sunday, as the day has always been my favourite one of the week, ever since I was a little girl.
I'm the eldest girl of eight children and grew up on a farm. We all worked really hard during the week, and Sunday was the one day we got to do whatever we wanted.
Nowadays, I like nothing more than hanging out with Will and the babies - just being together.
So a no-fuss hairstyle is needed to maximise the time spent with my family and having fun.
I don't even need to do my hair at all in the morning if I do this little bit of prep the night before.
I simply spray some dry shampoo, such as this Redken Pillow Proof Two-Day Extender, €19.90, into the roots before bed, then I tip my head upside down and gather the lengths into a very high, loose ponytail on top of my head.
In the morning, I take it out of the ponytail and poof! - my hair has more va-va-va-volume than I could ever possibly hope to achieve outside a salon!
Now, don't use a regular hair elastic, which will flatten and dent your hair. Try these Popbands, €11 for a pack of five, Harvey Nichols.
These dent-free hair ties look as pretty on your hair as they do on your wrist, and they're much more glam!
It's best not to match your eyeshadow to your eyes, in the same way you wouldn't display sapphires on a blue cloth or emeralds on a green cloth.
Likewise, it's best to avoid wearing eyeshadow that matches your clothes, as it just looks too matchy-matchy.
My mantra at all times is: don't match, mix.
Today, I'm wearing a nice dark shade of exhaustion under my eyes. That's how it goes when you are mum to a 10-month-old and a two-year-old. However, I have just discovered a new skincare line that is flipping fantastic, and has made a huge difference to my skin.
Developed by Dr Eric DuPont, IDC skincare (see grahamanthony.ie) is super effective, as the molecules contained in it are said to be in far higher percentages than any other skincare brand on the market - up to 43pc in some of the products.
The Ultim-Age Serum, above, €114.95, has 133 different molecules to sort out redness, pigmentation, lines and rough skin, while it also claims to hydrate, improve cell energy and restore radiance.
Hair you go
We need to talk about Olaplex. This hair-repair treatment is the holy grail of hair colour, as it can be mixed in with bleach and colour to minimise damage, or used as a separate treatment. It is the most amazing thing to happen to hair in a long time. It actually leaves your tresses in better condition after you've coloured them!
Kim Kardashian, above, says Olaplex got her hair back to beautiful after she had bleached the bejeezus out of it.
The lovely Lorraine Carthy in Queen on Aungier St in Dublin, see queen.ie, told me about it. If your hair is damaged, do yourself a favour and book in with Lorraine for an Olaplex treatment, €25, to revive your hair in just one salon visit.
"My father could hear a little animal step, or a moth in the dark against the screen, and every far sound called the listening out into places where the rest of us had never been.
"More spoke to him from the soft wild night than came to our porch for us on the wind; we would watch him look up and his face go keen till the walls of the world flared, widened.

"My father heard so much that we still stand inviting the quiet by turning the face, waiting for a time when something in the night will touch us too from that other place."
Isn't this poem, which is called Listening by William Stafford, great? It was my friend Erin Devine who sent it to me, as he knew it would remind me of my late father, Paddy Mac.
I adore poetry, and even call myself Poet Triona, geddit?
Anyhoo, I love nothing better than mulling over a poem like this and reminiscing on times past, while burning a beautiful Brooke & Shoals Cinnamon & Cedar candle, €18.95, see brookeandshoals.ie.
For Christmas, there's also a limited-edition Cinnamon & Cedar Fragrance Diffuser, above, €25.95, to scent your home.
The sweet aromas of cinnamon spices, with deep, woody notes of cedar, create the perfect seasonal blend.
Buy yourself this Mac Amber Times Nine eyeshadow palette, above, €40, and you can pretty much dump all your other eyeshadows!
It has the perfect mix of contrasting, easy-to-wear matt, satin and frosted shades, which are housed in a palette the size of a normal Mac quad.
This makes it both handbag and travel friendly, as it's super compact, yet you have everything you need to do your eyes, brows and even a bit of contouring.
