Tony Adams served up one of the most bizarre press conferences of the season as he was confirmed as the new temporary manager of La Liga side Granada this week - and now his training methods have instantly become a social media hit for all the wrong reasons.

Former Arsenal captain Adams declared he had accepted the post at Granada until the end of the season with the intention of ‘kicking some arse’ at a club starring at the threat of relegation from Spain’s top division.

Speaking fluent English and to a bemused group of Spanish journalists as he was unveiled as the new face of Spanish top flight coaching, it was quickly evident that this was one of the more unusual appointments of 2017.

Now video has emerged of former Portsmouth manager Adams instructing his new players, with ridicule for what appears to be some kind of tribal dance routine inevitable after seeing this.

Try not to laugh now!
