Schneiderlin not for sale, Rojo to Saints and Dier for Spurs - today's transfer gossip from the papers

Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has been told he may have to go on strike in order to get his move to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Daily Mirror has reported that club chairman Ralph Krueger claimed Schneiderlin or Jay Rodriguez will not be sold this summer as he is determined to hold onto his squad. The Saints have already seen Adam Lallana, Rickie Lambert, Dejan Lovren, Luke Shaw and Calum Chambers leave this summer.
Southampton have started reinvesting their substantial transfer income by making bids for Sporting Lisbon defender Marcos Rojo and Inter Milan midfielder Saphir Taider, according to the Daily Mirror. They have also confirmed the signing of Chelsea left back Ryan Bertrand on a season long loan.
One player that may be going to Spurs according to the Daily Telegraph is Sporting Lisbon's England Under-21 defender Eric Dier. Dier is valued at £4m after the 20-year-old turned down a new deal with the Portuguese club.
Italian paper Il Messaggero has reported that Lazio are keen on adding World Cup star Ron Vlaar to their squad. Vlaar has held talks with Aston Villa over signing a new contract, however the Italians are keen on landing the Villa skipper before he pens a new deal.
The Daily Star has suggested that Marouane Fellaini has agreed to join Napoli, but is now waiting for the Italian side to agree a deal with Manchester United who are looking to get £18m for the midfielder.
Another player who could be shown the door at Old Trafford is striker Javier Hernandez. Chicarito is a target for Spanish outfit Atletico Madrid after manager Diego Simone confirmed his interest in the Mexican according to the Daily Mirror.
The Star has reported that Man United will face competition from Bayern Munich and PSG in order to land Argentine midfielder Angel Di Mara from Real Madrid.
