Liverpool consider €7m bid for Portuguese international as Real Madrid eye Reds full back
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been linked with a move for Lorient defender Raphael Guerreiro as speculation continues over the future of Alberto Moreno.
Real Madrid are believed to be lining up a move for the left back and the Reds are looking at replacements should 23-year-old depart Anfield.
Guerreiro, who can operate in both midfield and defence, would be a seen a direct replacement and a fee in the region of €7m might be enough to tempt the French club to sell, according to Mercato 365.
Though born in France, Guerreiro accepted the call to represent the Portuguese under-21 team after being spotted by Rui Jorge's coaching staff and has three full international caps after making his bow against the Faroe Islands last month.
Four days later he scored the winning goal at Old Trafford as Portugal defeated Argentina in an international friendly.
