Juventus are hopeful of making a double swoop on Chelsea, with midfielders Juan Cuadrado and Ramires both linked with a move to Serie A.
Juve are desperately trying to replace the likes of Andrea Pirlo and Arturo Vidal, and are stepping up their chase to sign Julian Draxler from Schalke.
And, according to The Daily Mail, they have also asked about the availability of South American duo Cuadrado and Ramires.
Chelsea may be willing to deal on Cuadrado, who has struggled to settle in the Premier League, but Jose Mourinho is keen to hang on to Ramires.
Meanwhile, The Mail adds that Reading have asked about taking Nathaniel Chalobah on loan.
The England Under 21 international impressed at the Madejski Stadium last season and doesn't look to have a future at Stamford Bridge.
Southampton boss Ronald Koeman is poised to sign Chelsea midfielder Oriol Romeu.
The 23-year-old defensive midfielder has had a medical and agreed personal terms at Southampton, reveals The Daily Mirror.
Romeu, a graduate of Barcelona's famed youth system, was signed by Chelsea four years ago but has failed to hold down a regular first-team place.
And finally, Chelsea have been alerted to a deal for Gonzalo Higuain after he told Napoli he wants to leave, claims The Metro.
Higuain's future has been up in the air once again this summer with a number of rumours suggesting he's unhappy with life in Italy.
And the Blues have been linked with a number of strikers with doubts over Diego Costa's fitness and Loic Remy's quality.
Higuain has a £66 million release clause in his Napoli contract which they are insisting Chelsea would have to pay.
