Liverpool are reportedly willing to listen to offers for Christian Benteke.
The Belgian striker has come in for plenty of criticism for some shoddy performances in recent weeks, leaving many Liverpool fans wondering if he has a future at Anfield.
According to Bleacher Report the answer is no.
Benteke banged in the goals for Aston Villa and moved to Merseyside for a fee in excess of £30m but has not proved his worth at Anfield.
However, the website reports that Benteke does not want to think about his future until the summer, which would appear to rule out a move in this transfer window.
Instead he wants to stay and fight for his place ahead of Euro 2016.
Meanwhile, negotiations over the signing of Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Alex Teixeira have reportedly moved in the right direction with Liverpool agreeing personal terms.
Jurgen Klopp's gang have been attempting to seal the deal for much of the last week and had a £24m bid for the Brazilian rejected by the Ukrainians.
However, FutbolUkraine claim that Teixeira, who has scored 26 goals in 25 appearances this season, has agreed personal terms and the only thing holding the transfer back is Shakhtar's determination to receive £38m for their prized asset.
According to L'Equipe, Liverpool are battling for the signature of Monaco youngster Kylian Mbappe with Real Madrid.
The 17 year old is apparently very highly rated and in contract negotiations at the moment, with his current deal set to expire at the end of the season. Ex-Chelsea midfielder, and current Monaco technical director, Claude Makelele is said to be trying to convince the "wonderkid" that he should commit to the French club but attention from clubs around Europe could make it difficult to tie him down.
Dubbed the "new Anthony Martial" - which just seems plain lazy - Mbappe is a skilful, pacy striker and has already scored a goal in the Europa League in one of his three games for Monaco so far.
