According to reports in Brazil, Manchester United are ready to make a €38m (£26.8m) bid for 19-year-old Brazilian forward Gabriel Jesus.
According to Globoesporte, United have promised his club, Palmeiras, that they will make an offer tomorrow.
However, they face competition from rivals Manchester City, who are reportedly deep in negotiations with the player already.
Gabriel Jesus is currently training with the Brazil squad ahead of the Olympic Games, and would miss the opening weeks of the season should he make the move to England.
