The Colombian international has only been in Spain since the summer but Spurs are reported to have made a €30m bid for his services.

Everton are playing hard ball over a potential sale of Romelu Lukaku, according to the Sun. The Belgian striker is in a rich vein of form and has reportedly been monitored by English clubs including Manchester United and European giants Real Madrid and Paris St Germain. However, the Toffees have slapped a £65m price tag on his head, the Sun says.

West Ham could be surprise leaders in the race to sign Daniel Sturridge. The Brentwood Gazette reports the Hammers are eyeing an £18m move for the England and Liverpool striker.

Yaya Toure could be entering the final few months of his Manchester City career, according to the Sun. The Ivorian has been a key player for City for several seasons, but the newspaper says he will not be signing a new deal in the summer and quotes agent Dimitri Seluk as saying Toure is prepared to "listen to any offers on the table".

Ezequiel Lavezzi, the Paris-St Germain and Argentina forward, is understood to be in discussions with the Stamford Bridge suits over a proposed move to the west London club, according to Sport Witness.

The website claims that Alejandro Ives Mazzoni, Lavezzi's agent, will arrive in London today where he is expected to join aforementioned suits to discuss a possible transfer from the runaway Ligue 1 leaders (21 points ahead of second-placed Monaco) to relegation scrappers Chelsea (four points above the drop zone).

The Argentine, who is out of contract with the Ligue 1 champions in the summer, is understood to want to leave the Parc des Princes after the 30-year-old complained about a lack of first-teanm football.

The source of the report, Sport Witness claims, is Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio who says that Lavezzi is keen on a move to the Premier League, but that former club Napoli and Inter Milan are also interested.
