Striker Dean Ebbe has made the move from Leinster Senior League champions Bluebell United to Scottish Premier League strugglers Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

The 22-year-old signed from Collinstown FC at the start of the 2016-17 season, the former Shamrock Rovers under-19 frontman scored four times in early season LSL game against UCD.

He was snapped up by the SPL side as soon as the transfer window opened.

"I'm delighted for him," said Bluebell boss Andy Noonan.

"His attitude is first class and he has the ability and pace and with full-time training, he'll only become a better player. The sky is the limit for Dean and we're all thrilled for him."

Bluebell have a string connection with Inverness, managed by Richie Foran, with Andy McNulty a former player while Mark Rooney, brother of former Caley and current Aberdeen star Adam, has also dinned the famous Bluebell United club colours.
