Question nobody asked - Which team has fewest goalscorers?
Even before yesterday's hammering against Newcastle, Sunderland manager Steve Bruce spoke of his concern over his team's over-reliance on Darren Bent and it's not hard to see why.
In 12 games across all competitions, Bent is one of only two Sunderland players to have scored this season (along with Asamoah Gyan), which is comfortably the lowest among the 20 Premier League teams.
In the league itself, Wigan and West Ham each just have four goalscorers and while the average is between six and seven players, they can at least console themselves by having seven and six respectively in all competitions.
As you would expect, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are at the top of the charts with Arsenal's 10 different league goalscorers putting them one ahead of their rivals. Surprisingly, however, West Brom are alongside United and Chelsea with nine different goalscorers since their promotion from the Championship and, with a game against Blackpool tonight, they may fancy their chances of finding a few more.
