This slick new Man United jersey should comfort fans after last night's crushing defeat

Manchester United look set for the Europa League next season after yesterday's loss to West Ham but at least they will look good on their travels.
A 3-2 defeat to the Hammers in the last game at Upton Park means that if Manchester City get even a point against Swansea in their final game, Louis van Gaal's men will miss out on Champions League qualification.
However, there was one bit of positive news for United fans this morning as they try to come to terms with what looks to be another disappointing post-Alex Ferguson season.
Adidas have unveiled the Red Devils' away jersey for 2016/17, and it looks very nice. Veteran fans of the team will notice the colour resemblance to the jerseys worn by Matt Busby's side when they became the first English team to win the European Cup after a 4-1 win over Benfica in 1968.
It remains to be seen if the new strip propels the current United team to the heights of Busby's vintage but it should at least provide a small distraction for supporters until the FA Cup final against Crystal Palace in two weeks time.
