Shane Long could be facing a summer move to another Premier League club with West Ham reportedly keen to bring the Irishman to London at the end of the season.

After helping Ireland into the knockout stages at Euro 2016, hopes were high that Long could kick off from his ten-goal Premier League campaign in 2015-16 but he has struggled at Southampton this season, netting just three times in 29 appearances.

Despite Long's lack of goals this year, Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is a fan of the Tipperary striker, with the London Evening Standard reporting that the Ireland star is a prime candidate to move to West Ham this summer.

According to the paper, Bilic hopes to exploit the extra long pitch at the London Stadium by signing players with searing pace this summer, and Long would certainly fit the bill in that regard.

Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi is another attacker linked with West Ham, with the Belgian struggling to make an impact at Stamford Bridge since signing for big money last summer.

Batshuayi is yet to start a game for Antonio Conte and could go out on loan this summer.
