Roberts stays with Caley

Inverness have extended their loan agreement with Arsenal for striker Philip Roberts until the end of the season.

The Republic of Ireland youth international has scored one goal in 12 games for Caley Thistle, who will move second in the SPL if they beat Pat Fenlon's Hibernian today.

Although Roberts (right) has not been prolific, he has helped Caley Thistle become the surprise team of the season and built up a great partnership with Billy McKay, who has 10 goals to his name.

Four of those, including a winner at Celtic Park, came in November to help the Northern Ireland international win the Player of the Month award.
