Neymar has emerged unhurt from a car crash that ruined his Ferrari 458 Spider.

The Brazilian star was on the way to the airport for Barcelona's away clash with Real Sociedad in San Sebastian when the traffic accident occurred, with the left side of his Ferrari taking some sizable damage.

Spanish TV station TV3 were on hand to capture footage of the aftermath of the crash, with Neymar being collected by club officials to continue his journey. The striker is expected to play in tonight's game despite the incident.

Barcelona have suffered an indifferent start to the league this season as they chase their third straight title, having draw two and lost two of their opening 12 games.

They currently trail Real Madrid by seven points, although they have one game in hand. Neymar has struggled himself, netting just four times in the league so far.
