Neville: Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be Manchester United's next Eric Cantona

Phil Neville believes Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s arrival at Manchester United could have the same effect as Eric Cantona’s arrival at the club in the mid-1990s.
Ibrahimovic is tipped to be among Jose Mourinho’s first big-name signings following confirmation of his appointment as United manager, with former United defender Neville suggesting the capture of the Swedish star could be a shrewd move for the Old Trafford club.
“Zlatan reminds me a bit of Cantona,” Neville told @FullTimeDevils. “He knows he’s good and when he gets on that stage. He is a proven goal scorer of world class ability.
“I think he could be perfect for Old Trafford, so long as it doesn’t hinder (Marcus) Rashford and (Anthony) Martial, then I would be happy.”
Ibrahimovic is believed to be weighing up offers from United and Chinese football as he plots what may be his final career move at the age of 34.
