'I don't know if there is a position at Manchester United for Paul Pogba' - John Giles

John Giles believes Jose Mourinho will have to manufacture a position for Paul Pogba at Manchester United but he's not sure it exists.
Pogba has flattered to deceive since his big-money move during the summer from Juventus, with his lack of positional sense coming under increasing scrutiny.
He was deployed further forward by the Portuguese in last night's 1-0 victory over Man City in the EFL Cup with Michael Carrick and Ander Herrera operating behind him.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was off his game and has now gone six games without finding the net.
Giles is far from convinced by either of United's big summer signings and has suggested that the big Swede needs to be jettisoned.
"I don't think Jose Mourinho is convinced about anything that he's doing at Manchester United," he told Off The Ball on Newstalk.
"You've got the Rooney problem, you've got the Pogba problem, you've got the Ibrahimovic problem.
"I think Rooney has taken all the publicity on what's wrong but the big glaring thing that's wrong is Pogba. Pogba was bought as the complete midfield player.
"Mourinho said he's the complete midfield player, he can control the game, he can do this, he can do that. He can't.
"He's a big problem.
"I think Ibrahimovic is a problem because if Ibrahimovic is not scoring a goal a game, he's not justifying his position. Early on, he was scoring but he hasn't scored for six matches now and I'm not sure he's going to score that many goals for Manchester United.
"Rooney keeps taking the headlines as 'the problem' but I don't see Rooney as the main problem."
Asked if moving Pogba forward would help, he added: "This is not what he was bought for and I think he now has to find a position for Pogba.
"I think he needs to find a position where he doesn't have any real responsibility. A bit like the Cantona position when he was playing at Manchester United.
"I think he has ability but he certainly doesn't have the midfielder's ability to control a game because he has no positional sense.
"I think Rooney has been unfairly treated, he's taking the stick for other players.
"I don't know of there is a position for him.
"I think he has problems with Ibrahimovic, he has problems with Pogba and he has to find a position for Pogba."
