Liverpool's error-prone goalkeeper is on his way out of Anfield
Liverpool's busy transfer window shows no sign of slowing down with another of the club's underperforming players set to leave Anfield.
Goalkeeper Adam Bogdan, who made a string of mistakes when deputising for the injured Simon Mignolet last season, is close to agreeing a move to Championship side Wigan, according to ESPN.
The Hungarian international failed to impress Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp during his first season in charge, with the German opting to sign shot-stopper Loris Karius from Mainz earlier in the transfer window.
And with veteran Alex Manninger currently training with the club with a view to becoming the third choice goalkeeper, it appears that Bogdan's time at Anfield is over.
The 28-year-old joined Liverpool on a free transfer from Bolton in 2015.
