IN 24 hours' time, Frank Lampard will be free to speak to clubs outside of England about a summer move, but, yesterday, he reminded everyone about his worth to Chelsea with two goals as they won 2-1 at Everton.
The midfielder is out of contract next summer and will be free to discuss a Bosman move from January 1. However, his double in the crucial victory didn't go unnoticed from the travelling supporters who chanted "sign him up" and held banners, including one below with a mis-spelt, but clear, message.
"Playing games gives me enough satisfaction," said Man of the Match Lampard afterwards. "Then what will be will be."
