Two of Ireland's Premier League stars could both be looking for new clubs this summer with Stoke duo Jon Walters and Glenn Whelan reportedly facing uncertain futures.

Walters has been a bit-part player under Mark Hughes this season, and according to The Telegraph, the Ireland attacker has grown frustrated with his role at the Potters.

Whelan has started more regularly than his team-mate, but his role is also under threat as Hughes looks to shake things up in the summer transfer window.

Stoke are currently in 11th in the Premier League, and it is thought that Hughes will make a number of signings ahead of next season.

The Telegraph also say that Burnley and Newcastle have shown interest in Walters, who will be 34 at the start of next season.
