Arsenal poised to sign Barcelona's Pedro in cut-price deal

Arsenal could sign Barcelona winger Pedro for as little as £10.8m this summer, according to The Metro.
The Spain international has fallen down the pecking order at the Nou Camp this summer, and the Catalans have reportedly lowered their asking price.
The reduced valuation of the player, who had previously been though to be worth more than £20m, will likely start a bidding war, and Manchester City are among the other interested clubs.
Pedro started Barca's 1-0 victory at Atletico Madrid on Sunday night, but has largely become a bit-part player since the arrival of Luis Suarez last summer.
The Star meanwhile reports that Petr Cech is ‘99% certain’ he’ll move to Arsenal this summer, with the remaining 1% hinging on Roman Abramovich's willingness to sell him.
The Gunners will face competition from Roma, Liverpool, Roma, Inter Milan and Manchester United for the keeper's signature.
One player though who looks unlikely to arrive in north London this summer is Palermo forward Pablo Dybala.
The Argentinian striker has been linked with Arsenal throughout the season, but the London Evening Standard reports that he is set to complete a move to Juventus instead.
