Jack Grealish takes to Twitter to deny he was victimised by Villa manager Remi Garde

Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish has rubbished reports of a rift with manager Remi Garde following an alleged dressing down in front of the squad.
Garde stated after the match that he expected more from the 20-year-old following the 2-0 FA cup replay victory over Wycombe Wanderers, but reports in some media outlets suggest that the Republic of Ireland youth international was unhappy as he was singled out by Garde at half-time.
A source is quoted as saying that Grealish was made to feel like a “scapegoat” for the collective failings of the team, but last night he downplayed those rumours through his Twitter account.
“Completely inaccurate story concerning me in the Sunday Mirror & Sunday People. Inventing things!” he wrote.

Grealish was an unused substitute in yesterday’s 0-0 draw with West Bromwich Albion.
