ROY KEANE has been warned he will not be able to double job for Ireland and Aston Villa.

Former Manchester United team-mate Henning Berg - in Dublin as Legia Warsaw coach ahead of their Champions League qualifier against St Pat's tonight - reckons that both jobs require 100 per cent focus.

"I don't think it is easy. You can't do two jobs," said Berg.

"Both Ireland and Aston Villa are big teams who need 100 per cent focus and attention."

But there is hope for Keane, admitted Berg.

"He needs a lot of planning and he needs a defined role - what he is expected to do at Aston Villa and what he is expected to do when he is with the Irish team.

"I think Roy has got fantastic experience. He has been a fantastic player as everybody knows and now he has been a manager at several clubs and has gained even more experience."
