Brooklyn Beckham earns call up to Arsenal Under-18s
David Beckham's teenage son is quickly following in the footsteps of his father as he has earned a call up to the Arsenal U-18 team.
At just 15 years of age, the promotion to the U-18s is a huge boost for Brooklyn and rubberstamps his position as a serious talent with a bright future ahead.
Young Beckham was an unused sub for Arsenal's U-18s as they beat Leicester 1-0 today under the watchful gaze of his father David.
Last week, the 15-year-old uploaded a video of himself playing for Arsenal U-16s to his Instagram account, showing more than a glimpse of his famous father David's class.
In the short clip, Brooklyn takes down a diagonal ball with ease, and unleashes a thunderous short which cannons off the crossbar.
The video shows Brooklyn playing on the right-wing too, just like his dad, who made 115 appearances for England, more than any other outfield player.
