Monaghan Utd v Sligo Rvs Gortakeegan, 7.45

FAI Cup preview

Holders Sligo Rovers face a huge banana skin in Monaghan this evening after being held scoreless at home last Saturday.

Goalkeeper Brendan Clarke is out after being sent off last weekend, with cup final hero Ciaran Kelly (pictured) set to start. Alan Keane is out with a thigh strain.

Roddy Collins is without the cup-tied Jordan Keegan and David Byrne, while Eric Foley and Keith Quinn are suspended and Willo McDonagh wasn't signed in time.

Sligo should have enough to progress and potentially set up a mouth-watering quarter-final against Shamrock Rovers -- if the Hoops can get past UCD on Monday.

Verdict: Away win.
