Bray Wanderers have confirmed that Gerry Mulvey is the club's new principal investor.
The former St Patrick's Athletic shareholder owns 80pc of Milway Dawn Ltd, with the remaining 20pc held by chairman Denis O'Connor.
The company owns 92pc of Bray Wanderers Ltd, according to an official statement released by the club, and Mulvey will join the board with O'Connor remaining in his role.
"I've missed the involvement in recent years so hopefully Saturday evenings in the Carlisle Grounds will help to make up for lost time," Mulvey said.
"The team's recent great performances and results, together with the appointments of Mick Cooke and Harry Kenny, appear to suggest that the recent hiccups can soon be put firmly behind us."
