Cooke departs Bray after poor start

BRAY Wanderers are looking for a new manager after parting ways with Mick Cooke following their bitterly disappointing start to the season. Harry Kenny has taken over as caretaker boss.
Bray, who recruited extensively over the winter, took just four points from their opening eight games and sit bottom of the table on goal difference ahead of their meeting with St Patrick's Athletic tomorrow night.
Cooke became Bray's fourth manager of 2015 when he was appointed last July after Alan Mathews, Maciej Tarnogrodzki and Trevor Croly all had brief stints in charge during a turbulent spell at the Carlisle Grounds.
Seagulls followers will be hoping for a more stable campaign this time around. "We ask our supporters for their patience and support of the team during this period," said chairman Denis O'Connor.
