Liam Burns (32)
A key member of the Gypsies' double-winning side in 2008, the Belfast-born centre-half returns to Dalymount after two seasons at Dundalk.
Aidan Price (29)
Jettisoned by Michael O'Neill after being involved in Shamrock Rovers' rise from the First Division to champions, Price will partner Burns at centre-half.
Ger O'Brien (26)
A victim of the collapse of Derry City and Sporting Fingal, O'Brien is a versatile defender who will add a level of experience and class to the Dalymount outfit.
Robert Bayly (22)
On his day, the midfielder could be an excellent addition but there are huge question marks about his temperament. Missed the last five matches of Shamrock Rovers' season after being red-carded for an off-the-ball incident and released after just one season.
Anto Flood (26)
Formidable for Galway United alongside Karl Sheppard in the first half of last season, Flood was snapped up by Norwegian side Orebro but played just three times before returning home.
Danny Joyce (18)
Signed on loan from Reading, the former Belvedere prospect's career is in need of a major lift after falling behind former schoolboys team-mate Matt Doherty, now at Wolves, in the international pecking order. Highly rated, but attitude must be right.
Christy Fagan (21)
A former Manchester United trainee, striker Fagan arrives at Dalymount after spells at Lincoln City and Spanish lower league side Jerez through their link-up with the Glenn Hoddle Academy.
