SHAMROCK Rovers have confirmed the re-signing of experienced pair Robert Bayly and Dean Kelly after a trial period.

Bayly (25) and Kelly (28) were part of the Shelbourne squad that was relegated last term but they have impressed Trevor Croly during pre-season and earned another chance to establish themselves in Tallaght.

The latter scored a league-winning goal for the Hoops in 2011 but struggled for opportunities while Bayly had an inglorious stint in 2010.

Meanwhile, Cork City have added local keeper Matt Gledhill to their ranks. The 20-year-old was previously on the books of Stoke City and Sligo Rovers.
