It's joysticks before joy of sex for Nasri
kiss-and-tell stories about footballers are so common now that they've become almost boring.
But it seems players are getting increasingly fed up with all that tawdry stuff so, on the day that's in it, we thought it appropriate to reveal one Gunner's plight.
Arsenal midfielder Samir Nasri has claimed that he's being pestered by so many female admirers that he simply locks himself at home and spends his spare time playing computer games.
"I spend lots of time at home playing Pro Evolution Soccer," he said. "I have never had any problems with women. I often get letters from girls who send me their phone numbers and photos. They want to contact me because I am a footballer." Imagine that!
Nasri, who once went out with very lovely French tennis ace Tatiana Golovin, added he is now ready to put down his joystick and go searching for his soul mate.
"Things have always worked for me in the female department but I want people to be interested in me for who I am and not for my money." Form an orderly queue please ladies.
