MILLWALL have agreed a deal to sign Leicester defender Sean St Ledger.

The 28-year-old centre-back will complete his loan switch to the London club following the npower Championship fixture between the Foxes and the Lions at the King Power Stadium on Friday evening. He will remain with Kenny Jackett's team until May 4.

Millwall's run to the FA Cup semi-finals means St Ledger could feature in as many as 10 games for the Lions, including the Wembley showpiece against Wigan on April 13.

The Republic of Ireland international's season has been blighted by a hamstring injury that has limited him to just 10 appearances for Leicester.

He also played 18 minutes as a substitute in the World Cup qualifier against Austria in Dublin on Tuesday night.

St Ledger will be available to make his debut for Millwall against Ipswich on Monday.
