Ireland fans are still celebrating following Thursday night's sensational win over world champions Germany with thousands of the Green Army in high spirits in Warsaw.

Over 3,000 Irish fans are expected in the Polish capital for the crunch qualifier and the Irish are making themselves heard as the party that began on Thursday night continues.

Hundreds of fans have descended on the old town and judging my this video, sent to Independent.ie by diehard fan Barry Elmes, it certainly looks like a good time is being had by all.

"It's mayhem already," said Elmes.

"There are plenty of lads who haven't had much sleep since Shane Long hammered the ball into the German net. If we win tomorrow, it could go on for weeks."

Hundreds of Ireland fans are in the Tortillas Factory after fans group YouBoysInGreen arranged the venue as a meeting spot.
