James McClean has proved time and time again that he will help people in need.
The Ireland international has often made headlines off the pitch for his acts of generosity - he recently paid for the funeral of a toddler who was hit by a car.
In his latest act of kindness, McClean has donated €800 to the family of a sick Derry child to help with his hospital treatment.
The Derry Daily reported that McClean pledged the money to the crowdfunding page set up by the parents of 14 week old James McBride, who was fitted with a tracheostomy tube to help him breath a few weeks after his birth.
The young tot will need constant care and his family want to raise €1200 to ensure he can receive the best treatment.
