AUSTRIA coach Marcel Koller has been forced to dip into his resources for next month's World Cup tie away to Ireland by naming four uncapped players in his squad for the key qualifier.

Already four points behind Serbia and Ireland, Austria know that defeat at Lansdowne Road on June 11th would end their World Cup qualification bid, but their cause is hampered by the loss of talisman Marco Arnautovic (Stoke City) through suspension.

Defender Kevin Wimmer, who made five Premier League appearances for Tottenham this season, is included as is Stoke City reserve keeper Daniel Bachmann, but Austria will look to goals from Bayern Munich man David Alaba and veteran Marc Janko (Basel) who have between them scored 39 international goals.

The under-fire Koller has included four uncapped players in his panel, including Bundesliga-based defender Kevin Danso, while another four players in the squad have only one cap each.

Ireland face Austria in Dublin on June 11th (5pm).
