Fernanda Lima proved to be a popular host yet again at the Ballon D’or ceremony

The presenter stole the show at last year’s World Cup draw and was one of the star attractions at tonight’s Ballon d’Or event in Zurich.

The 36 year-old model, actress and television host has been catapulted in front of a global audience through her recent hosting of football gala events and has again sent social media into a frenzy.

The Brazilian woman was a huge hit for the World Cup draw and Fifa had no hesitation in employing Lima for a second time in a number of months, though her dress choice was a little more conservative than the headline-making outfit she wore last time out.
