Republic of Ireland assistant boss Roy Keane has paid Swedish hit-man Zlatan Ibrahimovic a huge compliment by saying he would love to fight alongside the Paris-Saint-Germain striker on the field.
The 34-year-old could derail Ireland's chances at Euro 2016 when Martin O'Neill's charges meet the Swedes at the Stade de France on June 13 in their tournament opener.
Asked about his opinion on the giant striker, Keane said: "I'd like to think I'm better looking than him! He looks like a good player you would be happy to play with.
"He's really, really good. I've seen him recently live, done a few Champions League games for television and there's a lot of speculation that he might be going to England.
He looks a bit of a character. One you'd want to be in the trenches with. He scores goals as well, a big lad and a big character. Again, he's not shy. Pretty confident. One to watch from our point of view; he's a big player for Sweden and we'd have to keep an eye on him"
