Keane back training after knee surgery
Robbie Keane is on track to be fit for the European Championship finals.
The 35-year-old, who underwent knee surgery last month, is already back training and scoring goals, according to an Instagram video he posted over the weekend.
Keane trained again yesterday and LA Galaxy manager Bruce Arena expects Ireland’s captain to be back playing within a few weeks.
Meanwhile, Juventus won Serie A for the fifth season in a row without kicking a ball yesterday after Napoli, the only team that could have caught them, were sunk 1-0 by a late Radja Nainggolan goal at AS Roma.
The result left Juve, who have led the table since beating Napoli 1-0 in February, with an unassailable 12-point lead with three series of games left to play.
Juventus, who beat Fiorentina 2-1 last Sunday, put together an astonishing run in which they took 73 of a possible 75 points to snare the title for a record 32nd time with games to spare.
