DALY hits four at Ibrox

DUBLINER Jon Daly broke his home duck in style by scoring four goals in Rangers'

8-0 win over Stenhousemuir at Ibrox.

The 30-year-old striker netted a hat-trick of headers before helping himself to another goal to claim the first quadruple of his professional career.

"I've got off the mark at home now and hopefully I can carry it on," said Daly, who admitted that he has not quite lived up to expectations since joining Rangers.

"I feel there is a bit more to my game than just goals but I'm not silly, I know strikers are judged on goals," he added.

"I left my shooting boots at home for the other games I've played at Ibrox. Hopefully, I can go on from here. I've scored a few hat-tricks, but that's the first time I've scored four in a match."
