Seamus Coleman has been rewarded for his performances for Everton this season by being nominated for the Professional Footballers' Association's Young Player of the Year award.
The Donegal native faces stiff competition for the gong, however, as the short-list also includes Arsenal's Samir Nasri and Jack Wilshire, Manchester United's Nani, Tottenham's Gareth Bale and Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart.
Bale and Nasri have also been nominated for the PFA Player of the Year award, along with Carlos Tevez, Scott Parker, Charlie Adam and Nemanja Vidic.
