ASMIR BEGOVIC: A weak kick put his side in trouble in the build-up to Kane's opener. 5/10

BRANISLAV IVANOVIC: Solid and a constant aerial threat from set-pieces. 6

GARY CAHILL: Commanding and showed his finishing prowess again for Chelsea's goal. 7

JOHN TERRY: Returned for his penultimate appearance at Stamford Bridge but played Kane onside for the striker's first goal. 5

CESAR AZPILICUETA: Kept Walker largely quiet out wide but let Kane run inside him for the opener. 6

NEMANJA MATIC: Struggled to contain Eriksen and Lamela. Still well short of last season's best. 5

JOHN OBI MIKEL: Enjoyed a feisty battle with Dembele but made little impact in possession. 6

CESC FABREGAS: Shot wide early on but creative throughout. Composed performance. 7

PEDRO: Struggled with the game's intensity and was substituted at half-time. 5

WILLIAN: Again one of Chelsea's best performers. Dynamic and creative. 8

DIEGO COSTA: Simmered near to controversy throughout and teed up Hazard's equaliser. 7

EDEN HAZARD (on for Pedro, 45): Produced a moment of magic with a bending finish to level the match. 7

OSCAR (on for Matic, 77): Came on too late to influence the contest. 5

HUGO LLORIS: Could do nothing about either of the goals. 6

KYLE WALKER: Dived in too often. Not one of his best games. 5

TOBY ALDERWEIRELD: Excellent again at the back. One his side's star performers. 7

JAN VERTONGHEN: Kept Costa largely quiet but was caught out for the equaliser. 6

DANNY ROSE: Lucky not to be sent off in the first half. Willian was a constant thorn in his side. 5

ERIC DIER: Solid in midfield. Largely stayed clear of controversy too. 7

MOUSA DEMBELE: Unusually careless in possession and lucky not to be sent off for scratching Costa's face. 5

ERIK LAMELA: Threaded a brilliant through ball for Kane's goal. Fortunate not to be punished for treading on Fabregas' hand. 7

CHRISTIAN ERIKSEN: At the heart of all of Tottenham's forward play in the first half but faded late on. 7

SON HEUNG-MIN: Worked hard and took his goal well. Unlucky to be taken off. 7

HARRY KANE: Applied a typically cool finish for the first goal. 7

RYAN MASON (on for Son, 65): Should have done better with his shot when put through. 5

BEN DAVIES (on for Rose, 81): Came on too late to have an influence. 5

NACER CHADLI (on for Alderweireld, 90): Thrown on to grab a winner but was not given a decisive chance. 5
