STAND-IN skipper Charlie Mulgrew scored a second-half winner for Celtic at Parkhead to leave the Bhoys 10 points behind SPL leaders Rangers, who maintained their advantage at the top of the table with a 2-0 win at Hearts.
Midfielder Ki Sung-Yueng gave Celtic the lead in the 17th minute when he finished off a fine move but the home side failed to build on that, and Dons defender Ryan Jack levelled on the hour mark to set the home supporters' nerves jangling.
Celtic finally regained the advantage on 72 minutes when, following a Ki free-kick, Mulgrew drove the ball home from close range.
Aberdeen's day went from bad to worse when Jack -- booked for over-celebrating his equaliser -- was sent off after being shown the yellow card for the second time for a foul on Gary Hooper.
