Irish rugby legend Paul O'Connell was a very popular guest on the Late Late Show last night and he got the chance to get his own back on Alan Quinlan for his 'psycho' nickname.
It should be said that Alan Quinlan gave him the nickname and was probably the only one brave enough to use it.
The Limerick giant revealed that the nickname stemmed from the ferocity of training at Munster.
O'Connell also told a fascinating story about how he told the mother of a guy he was due to swim against as a child that he was going to beat her son.
Paul's career was ended prematurely by a severe hamstring injury he suffered against France at last year's Rugby World Cup, robbing him of the chance to play for Toulon, but he admitted that he had no regrets because he got to retired relatively healthy.
