Before a ball has even been kicked this weekend, Ulster are already breathing a collective sigh of relief after it was confirmed that Marcell Coetzee did not rupture his ACL again which means that, after undergoing successful surgery, the powerhouse Springbok should return for the start of next season.

Ulster can now focus their full attention on tonight's match against Dragons, who have had their own off-field issues this week, with the Welsh Rugby Union set to take control of the club next season.

Ulster welcome back Iain Henderson and Jared Payne, while Paddy Jackson is amongst the replacements.

Payne joins Charles Piutau and Craig Gilroy in a potent-looking back three for the visitors.

Verdict: Ulster

Newport Gwent Dragons - C Meyer; A Hughes, T Morgan, S Beard, T Prydie; A O'Brien, C Davies; S Hobbs, R Buckley, B Harris, N Crosswell, R Landman, O Griffiths, N Cudd, L Evans (capt).
