DOUG HOWLETT v

  • Go To

RUDI WULF

An intriguing clash of exiled All Blacks.

Howlett has a big edge in terms of international caps (62 versus four) and tries (49 versus 0), but Wulf is quick, strong and an opponent who deserves to be respected.

Born in Samoa, his career nearly ended before it began when he fractured his neck in a swimming pool accident, but he recovered to play a starring role for the Blues (alongside Howlett) and played four times for New Zealand in 2008.

Howlett has looked very sharp so far this season, he just needs more ball.
