A pair of tries from flanker Gavin Byrne and wing Mickey Roche accounted for half of CBS Wexford's eight tries that clinched this Leinster Schools decider at Donnybrook.
It was tight early on, Wexford wing Ruairi Devereux scorching the grass for the first try against two penalties by Ratoath fly-half Darragh Kelly.
CBS Wexford put daylight between the sides on the scoreboard after a stunning counter-attacking effort, finished off by out-half Eoin Roche, made it 18-6 at the interval.
From there, the Wexford side seized on the opportunities that came their way, replacement prop Ciaran Kavanagh steaming over from a five-metre scrum and lock Daragh Comiskey making it 51-13 on the hour before Ratoath flanker Dylan Doyle crashed over the line.
