TMO replaced for Ireland-England clash after weeekend stabbing
South African Television Match Official Shaun Veldsman has been replaced by Deon von Blommestein for Sunday's Six Nations encounter as he recovers from stabbing at the weekend.

The South African Rugby Union's head of corporate affairs, Andy Colquhoun, said Veldsman's window on the driver's side was broken and someone stabbed him with a sharp object.
Veldsman somehow managed to escape from the vehicle and ran away, before someone helped him on the side of the road.
"He has a hole in his lung after being stabbed," said Colquhoun.
World Rugby has confirmed that Western Province match official Von Blommestein, who is part of the South African Rugby Union’s six-man TMO panel alongside Veldsman, will be the replacement. Von Blommestei has experience in the booth in the Currie Cup, Super Rugby and The Rugby Championship.
Von Blommestein completes the officiating team for Sunday’s game with referee Craig Joubert and assistants Jérôme Garcès and Mathieu Raynal.
