"It's a little bit scary to be honest. I'm not one of these people who fill up peoples' wall with posts. But if I'm doing something that's a bit of fun or wanting to have a bit of banter, I enjoy putting stuff up there. It started off having a bit of craic with the guys from the Ospreys and Wales, now the Irish guys have all got on it and we have a bit of fun as well."

Twitter critics

"It's nice to have a direct line to fans and kind of hear what they have to say. Sometimes it's not what you want to hear, but at the same time it's a bit of fun. You get the odd negative comment every now and again. I don't use mine to have a go at people or anything like that, so I don't want it to be an open forum. At the same time it is there for people to critique if they want. I'm lucky I haven't had too much abuse."

The General Election

"The boys would discuss it quite a bit at lunch and dinner and stuff. At the end of the day, we're aware of what's going on in the country. The boys are trying to keep on top of it, they all have their own opinions and views. People might have the impression that the lads don't really care as long as they're playing rugby, but they take a keen interest. I'm registered to vote, but I'm not sure if I'll have time, we fly out on the day."
